Payment Policy

Our rates are extremely reasonable for a home that can sleep eight adults and/or children. Prices vary depending on the time of the year (high season/low season) and length of stay (less than 7 nights/7+ nights). There’s a minimum stay of 3 nights. For extended stays for one month or longer, please contact us to discuss discounted rates. Once you book your stay, a confirming email will be sent with our Rental Agreement.

Upon booking 60 days ahead of your stay, a 50% deposit will be required, and will be due at the time of booking to hold your reservation. If you are booking less than 60 days prior to your stay, the full amount will be due at that time. If you make a 50% deposit, final payment is due 7 days prior to check-in; a reminder email will be sent.

Cancellation Policy

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days or more before arrival. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 8-29 days before arrival. 0% refundable if reservation is cancelled 7 days or less before scheduled arrival.

Service Fees
Upon booking you will be charged a $75-$200 service/processing fee (depending on the length of your stay), and if you are staying more than 3 days, a fee of $100 for a housecleaning during your stay will also be charged per each week booked.

Damage Protection/Electrical Usage Policy
A security deposit of USD $1500.00 is due 2 days before arrival (or sooner) and refunds provided within 14 days after departure less any amount due to damage, electrical usage, etc. A higher security deposit will be charged for monthly and extended stays (more than 1 month) based on the length of time being booked. An email will be sent prior to the due date of the deposit. Please read your rental agreement/terms and conditions for specific details.
